In the third part of the book we are talking about the countries of the South Caucasus. Here, too, three articles about the image of Russia in three local states: Georgia, Armenia and Azerbaijan, and the fourth on the representation of the South Caucasus countries in the Russian history textbooks. The authors of the latest Sergey Antonenko and Andrei Petrov less resolute in their condemnation of Russia's "historical science" than Sokolov quoted above, but they evaluate very negatively the work of Russian historians, who are not able to understand the complex situation in the region and do not dare to inform pupils and students about complex past and no less difficult this Transcaucasia. Traditional for TI silence shows, in my opinion, and in this case, a headache that causes the collapse of Russian historians familiar cliches and myths.
